We are very aware of the legal ramifications for creating a VA based on a real world airline. You will not see the Lufthansa logo on this web site (except for screenshots and airplane photos) or any material from the Lufthansa website.
The website design and colors are very different from Lufthansa Airline's website to avoid issues with trade dress rights. The .com domain was deemed inappropriate since it is associated with for profit businesses. We chose a non-profit .org domain name: http://www.flyingtigersgroup.org/Lufthansa .
All of this was done so that we couldn't be accused of passing off a trademark. This was done so that the average Joe would find it very difficult to confuse this website with the Lufthansa website.

As far as we know this is 3rd or 4th attempt to create a virtual airline based on Lufthansa. We are confident that this version will be the definite Lufthansa VA! What we bring to the table is competent management, proven skills in web development and a first class service to our most important asset: our pilots!
